Cookie Policy

How sign-in and browser storage work. Effective October 23, 2026.

Essential session cookies

Authentication uses cookies to recognize a signed-in account, protect the session and complete OAuth sign-in. These are required for private projects, protected downloads and account changes. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. The public sample can be explored without signing in.

Draft and upload storage

The editor can keep an unsaved draft in this browser to help recover after a failed save. The sample can retain local changes. Interrupted-upload metadata can remember an upload session and acknowledged parts. The recording itself is not stored in browser storage for automatic reselection: after a reload or Google sign-in, you may need to choose the same file again.

Plausible and optional Google Analytics

Plausible measures aggregate page visits and product events by default without tracking cookies or persistent browser visitor identifiers. Google Analytics stays off until you enable it in Google Analytics settings in the footer. Closing the settings does not enable it. Turning it off stops future Google Analytics collection after the page reloads; Plausible continues independently. Earlier conversions are not replayed to Google Analytics. Internal server records prevent counting the same completed task or payment again. Recordings, transcript content, account emails, filenames and card details are excluded from analytics properties.

Browser controls

You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. This may sign you out and remove local drafts, sample edits or upload recovery metadata. Export unsaved work before clearing storage. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools may limit optional analytics.
