Refund Policy
Payments are currently paused. This policy explains how to raise a billing problem if you have an existing purchase. Effective October 23, 2026.
Report a payment problem
Contact support with your account email, payment reference, purchase date and a short description. Do not send card details or verification codes. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and purchases that did not deliver their recorded entitlement are reviewed against the original payment. An uncertain return from checkout is not evidence of a completed payment.
Failed transcription
A confirmed processing failure releases the minutes reserved for that task. If an allocation expired during processing, the released amount can appear as a separate seven-day compensation entry. A failed invited trial restores its opportunity. Releasing minutes is separate from refunding a payment to your payment method.
Subscription cancellation
Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves the period already paid for. It does not automatically refund a current billing period or restore previously used minutes. Contact support to ask about an incorrect renewal or a service problem. Refund eligibility is assessed from the purchase and usage record and any applicable mandatory rights.
Refund confirmation
An approved refund is recorded against its original payment and processed through the original payment provider where supported. Timing depends on the provider and payment method. Do not make a replacement purchase while the original payment or refund remains uncertain; check Usage & billing and contact support.
