Before you start
How minutes work
One credit pays for one minute of the complete source audio, including silence. We round up the total duration once per file: 62:10 uses 63 credits. The measured duration, cost and available balance appear before you explicitly start.
Minutes are reserved for the task and used only when a usable result is ready. A confirmed failure releases the reservation. Only one transcription can run on an account at a time. Editing and exporting do not spend more minutes.
Monthly allowances expire at the end of their grant window and do not accumulate. Yearly plans release only the current monthly allowance on its anniversary; they do not supply twelve months of credits upfront. One-time packs expire after 365 days. Available minutes are used in expiry order.
Cancel renewal without losing the period already paid for. Taxes and the final total must be displayed at checkout before payment. Returning from a payment page does not itself confirm a purchase; your billing record updates after verification. Adding minutes never starts a recording automatically.

Is there a free plan?
The sample editor is available without an account. A limited group of up to 20 invited users may receive one complete recording trial, up to 120 minutes, without a card. Trial access is individually granted; registering does not automatically add minutes.
Do larger plans add more features?
The three plans have the same review and export tools. The difference is the monthly minute allowance. Choose based on the recordings you expect to complete.
What happens to a failed trial?
A confirmed processing failure restores the trial opportunity. A successful complete transcript consumes it. Trial access cannot be combined with paid minutes for the same recording.
